Londres, Inglaterra – 25 de enero de 2023 – Hoy, Sports Interactive™ y SEGA©, se complacen en anunciar que la emblemática serie Football Manager hará su estreno en PlayStation 5 el 1 de febrero con el lanzamiento de Football Manager 2023 Console.
El lanzamiento inaugural de FM para PS5 estaba previsto inicialmente el 8 de noviembre de 2022, pero sufrió un retraso debido a complicaciones imprevistas que surgieron durante el proceso de presentación y aprobación.
FM23 Console se lanzará ahora con un 20% de descuento para todos los suscriptores de PlayStation Plus, el cual podrán canjear hasta el martes 14 de febrero a las 16:00 h (CET). El descuento total es similar al incentivo por reserva que se aplicó antes de la fecha de lanzamiento inicial.
Miles Jacobson, director de Estudio en Sports Interactive, ha declarado: «Estamos encantados con el anuncio de hoy: por fin FM23 Console podrá llegar a las manos de los jugadores de PS5. Desde el retraso inicial, el equipo de Sports Interactive y nuestros compañeros de SEGA han trabajado incansablemente con Sony para superar todos los obstáculos y, por fin, nos enorgullecemos de tener todo a punto para el lanzamiento de la semana que viene».
Aunque no es habitual que lancemos el juego durante un periodo importante de fichajes, nuestra prioridad desde el momento en que se pospuso el lanzamiento inicial era que los jugadores de PS5 tuvieran el juego en sus manos lo antes posible. Una vez cerrados todos los periodos de fichajes mundiales, proporcionaremos una actualización de datos para la edición de PS5 en línea con las actualizaciones de todas nuestras demás plataformas».
