Tokyo, Japan – October 12th, 2022 – KLab Inc., a leader in online mobile games, announced that its head-to-head football simulation game Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team will hold the worldwide Dream Championship 2022 tournament and will kick off its final regional qualifiers starting from October 15th until November 5th.
Online Qualifiers Overview
From September 9th to September 30th, the top 8 players in the regional rankings of the online qualifier Rounds 1 to 3 will compete in the final regional qualifier.
This year, it will be held in 4 blocks*: Europe and Africa group, Asia and Oceania group, America group, and Japan and East Asia group, and the top two players from each block will advance to the finals.
*There are 4 blocks in the final regional qualifiers this year in accordance with the new in-game rating system and the final tournament quota.

Users who watch the official broadcast of each block of the Dream Championship 2022 Final Regional Qualifiers from the tournament viewing menu on the bottom left of the home screen in the app will receive a limited uniform that can be used in the game!
There are 4 types of uniforms in all! There will be a different uniform given away for each block so be sure to watch all the Final Regional Qualifiers to get the uniform in every color!

About Dream Championship 2022
The Dream Championship is an official tournament for Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team hosted by KLab Inc. for players 18 years old and above. Originally held in 2019, this tournament was designed in response to the players desire to face off against strong opponents. The tournament uses the mobile game Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
This year marks its fourth installment which will be held exclusively online to decide who is the number one player in the world.
The Online Qualifiers will be held in-game from Friday, September 9th. After that, the Online Final Regional Qualifiers will be held online and be divided into 4 blocks around the world.
The top 8 players from the Online Final Regional Qualifiers, along with the winner of the Dream Championship 2021, and the 7 top-rated players in the application calculated at the end of August 2022, bring the total number of players to 16 who will compete in the Finals (single-elimination tournament format) to decide this year’s champion.
