The launch is slated sometime before the end of 2024 in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia.
With YouTube Primetime Channels, viewers can subscribe to and watch content from multiple streaming services directly on the YouTube app, simplifying the experience by managing all subscriptions in one place. Crunchyroll is joining over 45 channels on YouTube Primetime Channels.
This partnership will further expand Crunchyroll’s reach, making the world’s largest dedicated anime library even more accessible. With 15 million paying subscribers worldwide, Crunchyroll offers fans premium anime content, from streaming to theatrical, events, games, merchandise, and more.
This fall alone, Crunchyroll is bringing 40+ new anime series to fans, including Dragon Ball DAIMA, One Piece, BLUE LOCK, Re: Zero and Shangri-La Frontier Season 2 adding to an ever-growing library of 25,000 hours of content and 50,000 episodes across more than 2,000 titles. Joining YouTube Primetime Channels will make it easier than ever for viewers to dive into everything anime has to offer—whenever and wherever they want.
