Amplitude Studios is wrapping up their “4X” series of trailers (eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, eXterminate) today by releasing a new “eXterminate” trailer, which focuses on, as the name implies, the utter and complete destruction of all who oppose you in Endless Space 2, the sci-fi grand strategy game, available on Steam for Windows and Mac OS on May 19. After a long journey exploring, expanding and exploiting, you are now the leader of a powerful civilization and ready to meet other races head-on. You now have many strategic and diplomatic choices to make – will you try and shape alliances that bring you towards victory, or will you head straight for battle? The galaxy is a dangerous place, and it pays to sometimes go on the offense first.

Endless Space®2 is a turn-based, sci-fi grand strategy game that expands through the Endless universe, putting players in the fascinating role of leader guiding a civilization in making its first steps into the cold depths of interstellar space.
