Buckle up – the battle for the Krozmoz is going portable. Following the launch of Krosmaster Arena on PC, Mac, and Linux in November last year, the electrifying 3D online battle game is now available for iPad and Android tablets.

Produced by the benevolent transmedia entertainment experts at Ankama in France, Krosmaster Arena is the digital adaptation of the popular physical board game set in the universe of two of the company’s hit franchises, DOFUS and WAKFU. The iPad and Android tablet version of the game will let players bathe in the seamless joy of cross-platform play across tablet and PC with a single account on the same servers. To bring the battle sensation right to players’ fingertips, the interface has been totally redesigned for touch.

In Krosmaster Arena, players launch their army of feisty figurines across the board against their online opponents for a chance to earn glory and Kroz currency, which they can spend to boost their ranks of figurines and gain a battle advantage. The game features a bunch of action-packed modes, including the Adventure mode with 6 worlds to explore and exclusive bosses to take down, plus ranked and unranked battle modes to suit every player’s mood and ability.

Newcomers to the game will benefit from the glut of fresh content released in three ‘seasons’ since last year’s initial launch, including 8 new figurines, the Krolizeum team multi-battle mode, and daily quests. The quests allow players to accumulate in-game currency Kroz to buy new figurines and swell their army.

Krosmaster Arena features a total of 145 collectible figurines each with their own stunningly rendered 3D battle skills. The game is also compatible with the physical figurines available at retail, each of which comes with a code to unlock the corresponding in-game figurine. On the horizon for 2016 is a whole stack of Season 4 content themed around the after-life, including 16 brand new figurines bringing their own special kind of damage to the battle arena.
