LOS ANGELES, October 18th, 2023 – Upstream Arcade’s visually gripping adaptation of Hellboy comes to life today and goes straight to the depths of Wyrd. Hellboy Web of Wyrd, from publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment in partnership with Dark Horse Comics, is now available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S for € 24.50.

Hellboy Web of Wyrd places players in the shoes of Big Red himself (voiced by Lance Reddick) as he is sent across the strange realm of the Wyrd. When an agent of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (B.P.R.D.) goes missing investigating the Butterfly House and psychic spikes are discovered across the globe, the world’s foremost cambion hunter of the supernatural – Hellboy – is called in.
With an art style faithful to the comic series originally developed by Mike Mignola, players are enveloped in a modern video game adaptation that sends Hellboy brawling across a dimension known as the Wyrd. Track down this missing colleague while battling massive, fierce monsters across the Wyrd with devastating chains of melee and ranged attacks, all while building Hellboy’s power into something that rivals the fiercest warriors of Hell in the latest and most engaging video game adaptation of Hellboy yet.
