Nieuwe StrongholdCrusader 2 video ‘Robert Euvino’s gamemuziek & sound FX’
Firefly Studios heeft vandaag een nieuwe Stronghold Crusader 2 video gelanceerd als onderdeel van hun campagne op crowdfunding platformGambitious. De video gunt de fans een blik in de wonderlijke wereld van componist en sound designer Robert Euvino:
Robert Euvinois al sinds de allereerste Stronghold titel in 2001 als componist bij de Stronghold franchise betrokken. Robert, tevens een persoonlijke vriend van Firefly oprichters Simon Bradburyen Eric Ouellette, wordt wereldwijd geprezen voor zijn muzikale bijdrage aan de games. Volgens critici en fans is het voornamelijkRobert’s muziek en de dynamische sound FX die de games hun authentieke sfeer geven.
“Voor mij als componist bieden de StrongholdCrusader games met al haarkruistochten en veldslagen een fantastisch thema om mee te werken.Vooral omdat hetme in staat steltom met veleexotische instrumentenen mysterieuze geluidente experimenteren.Die kans krijg ik niet vaak” aldus Robert Euvino. “Het is geweldigomsamen met een groepsupergetalenteerde muzikantenbij elkaar te komen, zij dragen echt bij aan de unieke sfeer van de game.“
StrongholdCrusader 2 staat voor het begin van 2014 gepland en zal door Firefly zelf op PC uitgegeven worden. Het geld dat wordt opgehaald via het crowdfundingplatformGambitious zal worden ingezet voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de game, een gesloten beta en aanvullende content.
