Wriggly developer Firepunchd Games and sucker publishers Devolver Digital have made their beloved VR game Tentacular even more tentastic. Yes, that’s a word.
The massive, and massively free, Island Builder expansion adds over two hours of side missions to Firepunchd’s charming VR tentacle-’em-up, as well as the ability to create—and, yes, DESTROY—your own tentacle-made islands.
Here’s what you can expect from this kraken-sized expansion, which is available RIGHT NOW on the Meta Quest Store and Steam VR.

Using the mighty new Creation Glove, build structures, clone objects, paint buildings, and lay down roads, then use the human waypoint tool to populate your creations.

In a new series of side quests, visit La Kalma’s sister island, Salmoa, and help the two island states reconnect after years of bitter garlic-based rivalry.
NEW STUFF TO DO!
Enter an art contest, destroy buildings, and play with the new Cheat Terminal to mess with the game in a variety of weird and wonderful ways.
