An Egg-stra Big Hunt? InnoGames Announces New In-Game Easter Events
Easter might still be a week away, but for InnoGames’ cross platform hit Forge of Empires, the egg hunt starts now. Until April 4th, Players can conquer themed quests, unlock exclusive buildings and much more. The company also announced a brand new event in Grepolis and an annual one in The West fit for the occasion.
This year, Forge of Empires players will be challenged with festive quest-lines containing up to 43 quests centered on Easter. During the event, city rulers will have the chance to collect eggs and trade them in for daily prizes in the Easter Shop. There, they will be able to collect tulips to fill up a grand prize progress bar. If players manage to complete it, they will be rewarded with the Shrine of Inspiration: a new building that produces blueprints. The company released a video further explaining the event and will have a Facebook Live event with game designers Thi and Kai today at 5 pm CET.
Grepolis also hops into an egg-citing adventure from March 24 to April 11 with the Trial of Slingers Event. Players will act as mentors to young Greeks as they teach the art of shooting by smashing three kinds of vases. Hidden in the pots are eggs which allow players to add them to their collection. By completing a collection, players will gain various awards and rewards. For more information watch the video explaining the event here.
Additionally, The West brings back their Easter Showdown event from March 23 until April 14.
